A great recipe for Szeged in a classic way
We’ve been keeping this wonderful recipe for some time, which was entrusted to us years ago by Irina Bogatag of Fuchini in Polyanska Dolina. Of all the stews, Irina prefers to prepare this dish of cabbage on a spoon, since she is at home on the Logs farm, where for almost a decade they have been growing and processing fruits and vegetables, especially pickling cabbage and beets.
