Fry the bacon in the oil. Add garlic and saute for another half minute to soften. Remove from heat and flip the drained pasta into the skillet. Stirring vigorously, add eggs and Parmesan. Be careful not to get stuck!

Add a few tablespoons of the cooking water to the pasta. Tossed with parsley.
