Flourless pizza – work

For flourless pizza, we need:

• Half flower head

Making flour-free pizza:

1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Meanwhile, clean half of the cauliflower head and cut it into cubes. Ignore the hardest part. Put the cauliflower pieces in a blender and chop until they are the size of rice. Cook “cauliflower rice” in boiling water for eight minutes, then drain.

2. Add all the meat ingredients to the cauliflower rice. The more cheese, the thicker the dough. Put the mass on a baking tray and make a pizza shape. Place in the oven and bake for about half an hour, until the edges turn brown.
3. Then the pizza tray is set aside, the dough is poured over the tomato puree, covered with any vegetables and sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.

4. The pizza filling should not be too heavy because the cauliflower dough is very fragile. Place the stuffed pizza on a baking dish and lift it after about five minutes or when the cheese has melted.
