To prepare the dough
– 500 grams of white wheat flour
300 grams of milk with as little fat as possible
– 10 grams of salt
– dry yeast (7 g)
– spoon of oil

A bunch of fresh asparagus
– 100gm cooked lean pork
– 4 eggs
– radish root

Prepare

1. Preheat the oven to 50°C. Heat the milk until hot (not too hot), then pour the yeast into it and leave for 5 minutes until the yeast comes to life. In another bowl, mix the flour and salt. Add yeast supplement. Mix into a paste. Form a mass and cover it with a tablespoon of olive oil. Cover the pan and let the dough rise for 60 to 90 minutes.

2. Meanwhile, fry the ham and asparagus cut into small pieces and mix the eggs in the same pan.

3. When the dough swells, roll it out in the form of a rectangle, sprinkle with the filling and grated horseradish. Fold the dough like a piece of cloth, then roll it out with a rolling pin during each fold. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and leave to rise for another 60 to 90 minutes.

4. Then remove the bread from the oven, preheat the oven to 180 ° C, and cover the bread with one egg white in the meantime. When the oven is preheated to 180 ° C, bake for 60 minutes.

Another tip from the author: a piece of toast (about 80g) in a toaster can also become a very suitable meal. Add 1 to 2 boiled eggs and a piece of boiled pork.
