Ingredients (for two servings)

  • 120g baby spinach
  • 180 gr flour
  • Half a teaspoon of salt

in addition to

  • Two tablespoons of butter
  • clove of garlic

Prepare

1. Wash the spinach. Then shake all the ingredients in several ways and grind them until they are homogeneous into a dough. Cover it with a clean kitchen towel and let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes.

2. Let the water boil and then add the salt. Make long rolls of dough and put them in the crumbs. Cook for a few minutes until they rise to the surface.

3. It’s time to heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the mashed garlic clove on it. Add the cooked pasta and fry for a few minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
