Trip recipe: tomato soup – work

There are people who love this soup and people who are not allowed to see this soup even from afar. I myself was almost among the enemies of tomato soup for many years, until the years of maturity offered me a pleasant experience with the opposite opinion. Tomato soup can also be a wonderful and healthy thing, the conductor just has to have the right thing.

On hot summer days, when healthy tomatoes are thriving in our gardens (although tomatoes have become a nuisance in many places this summer), we can conjure up a delicious healthy dish. We have also said a lot of good things about the healing properties of tomatoes.
So let the tomato soup be!

For more soup we need:

olive oil
1.5 kg of peeled and very ripe tomatoes
1 onion
2 to 3 cloves of garlic
salt pepper
Bouquet of basil
A bunch of parsley
2 dl soup box (or cube)
sugar spoon

Prepare:

Fry the onions and garlic in the oil to which we have added sugar. Cut the tomatoes in the pot and cook for 20 minutes. Add remaining herbs, salt, pepper, and fondue (or cube). Then mix the soup and save. We cook everything for another ten minutes and the dish is ready.
Soup can be served with bread cubes with herbs (toast).
